Jake is settling in beautifully with his foster family and already knows he’s loved.
He’s been enjoying his meals—which is so important, as he’s quite underweight—and his new cosy setup is helping him feel safe and warm. With the chilly Melbourne weather, foster mum Giulia made sure he was snuggled up in a lovely knitted jumper (thank you, Chris!) and resting comfortably on his little electric blanket. He drifted off to dreamland almost immediately.

We know Jake is facing multiple health challenges, and we don’t know how much time he has left. But what we do know is that every single day from now on will be filled with love, comfort, and care.
