From a lonely life in a backyard with no human interaction, surrendered to a shelter, then moving into rescue… Bert’s journey has been far from easy. He’s endured a major dental procedure to remove multiple fractured and broken teeth, and bravely faced a diagnosis of epilepsy.

But today, after four months in foster care, Bert’s story has a beautiful new chapter… he has found his very own home and family!

We couldn’t be happier that Bert is finally getting the love, care, and happiness he has always deserved.
