Yay – Grace has been adopted!

This beautiful girl is off to live her very best life with her forever family. We couldn’t be prouder of how far Grace has come since her very first day in care, blossoming into the sweet, gentle soul she is today.

A huge thank you to her foster mum Judith, who gave Grace the love, patience, and guidance she needed to learn just how wonderful life can be.
