Spartacus found himself alone and unable to get home — and from the condition he was in, we doubt he’d ever want to return to wherever he’d escaped from.

Terribly emaciated, every bone visible, no fat left on his frail body, and crawling with fleas — he first received urgent treatment at a vet clinic before arriving at the RSPCA, where his recovery continued.

Foster mums Kelly and Tina (a huge thank you to you both) opened their hearts and home to him. With them, Spartacus learned how the world should feel: that kindness can heal, that people can be gentle, and that animals deserve care, safety and compassion.

And now, Spartacus has a home of his very own — a place where fear has no place, where he can rest, recover and enjoy his well-earned retirement. A home filled with love.

To everyone who played a part in Spartacus’ journey, thank you.
We wish Spartacus and his mum Adrienne a life full of joy, comfort, and all the happiness they both deserve as they begin this beautiful new chapter together 🩵
