Bert has a new home!!

After almost seven months in our care, this beautiful boy has finally found the family he was always meant to have. His journey hasn’t been an easy one — from major dental surgery to remove multiple broken and fractured teeth, to being diagnosed with epilepsy, to being adopted and then heartbreakingly surrendered back to us — Bert has been through more than most.

But today, we are overjoyed to share that Bert’s new family have welcomed him with open arms, gentle hearts, and even a precious fur sibling to call his own.

Bert is the happiest he’s been in a very long time. Finding a home that met all of his needs took longer than any of us expected, but giving up was never an option. He deserved a family who saw him for exactly who he is — and now he finally has that.

A heartfelt thank you to foster mum Carolynne and dad Tristan for giving Bert the chance to shine. You helped him heal, feel safe, and be ready for this next beautiful chapter.
