🩺 Jack update from foster mum Kelly.

Well, Jack has decided to keep life interesting by developing a sore on his lip that now needs regular Betadine treatment.

I’ll admit, before the first application I was quietly wondering if we’d make it through with all our fingers intact!

I’m happy to report, all fingers are still accounted for!

The secret? Plenty of tasty treats! They worked perfectly as a distraction and reward while I applied the Betadine, and Jack did so much better than I expected.

Every little win is a step in the right direction, and it’s lovely seeing his trust continue to grow. Hopefully his lip will be feeling much better very soon 🩵
