💕 Hi everyone, it’s Chilli & Peppa! 🐾
We’re still looking for our forever home together. 💕 We’re a gorgeous bonded pair and we really do need each other, so we’re hoping our special family is out there somewhere waiting for two little girls to complete their family. 🏡
I’m Chilli, a 1-year-old Maltese × Shih Tzu, and I’m the more outgoing one! I’m affectionate, playful and full of energy. I love people, attention, playing with other dogs and generally having a good time! 🥰
And I’m Peppa, I’m 2½ years old and a little more reserved. I take a little time to warm up, but once I’m comfortable, I’m a sweet and gentle girl who loves affection on my terms. I LOVE my toys and playing with my sister. ❤️
We are very attached to each other and are happiest together. We love being with our people, following them around the house and settling in the same room. Ideally, our new family will have someone home most of the time.
We’re young girls with plenty of energy, so we need an active, physically capable family who can give us exercise, training, attention and lots of love.
We’re not suited to:
❌ A sedentary household
❌ A home with young children
❌ Apartment living
❌ Being left alone for long periods
🐱 We are untested with cats.
We’re both toilet trained, know basic commands, are learning to use the dog door, travel well in the car and are comfortable living with other dogs. We’re quick learners and walk on lead, although we’re still working on our pulling! 🐾
We also need regular grooming to keep our coats healthy and comfortable.
We do have some medical considerations that our new family will need to understand:
💗 Chilli has a grade 1 luxating patella and doesn’t require surgery. I just need to avoid jumping from heights, and steps or ramps are recommended for getting on and off furniture.
💗 Peppa previously had a mild spinal incident but has recovered well. I also need to avoid jumping from heights, with steps recommended for getting on and off couches and beds.
We have SO much love to give and we really hope our forever family comes along soon. 🥹💕
