Less than a week ago, Missy was sitting in a shelter as Christmas closed in — while the world around her made plans, shared meals and gathered with the ones they love. She didn’t know that anything would change. She didn’t know that someone would see her, choose her, and give her a place to belong.

This Christmas, Missy isn’t alone. She is warm, safe, and loved in a foster home.
