Kobi absolutely thrives on his daily walks and loves a good run off-lead at a secure oval, where he’s happily made a few canine mates. He can be a little enthusiastic at the start of a walk (who isn’t?!) but quickly settles into a lovely rhythm — especially on the way home. His recall is impressive, making him a joy to have on outdoor adventures.
At home, Kobi is all about connection. He’s a champion couch cuddler and loves sleeping on the bed, soaking up the comfort and closeness. When visitors arrive, he may bark or grumble at first — he takes his “protector” role seriously — but with calm introductions and reassurance, he relaxes once he knows everyone is safe.
Kobi does have a bossy streak around food and will need clear boundaries and ongoing positive reinforcement. For this reason, he’s best suited to a home without young children. He may enjoy a well-matched dog friend, and he’s shown he can make social connections when given the right environment.
He’s a loyal, loving boy with a genuine heart. With structure, patience and understanding, Kobi will give back tenfold in companionship and devotion.
