Poppy

Poppy has multiple health concerns, the latest being ongoing diarrhoea for which she’s being treated, unfortunately there has been no improvement at all.

She’s also struggling with getting outside to toilet, you can no doubt imagine the constant stress of making sure I’m able to pick her up each time she moves towards the door.

This morning after I’d arrived back home from walking the boys was a particularly challenging time – not only had Poppy had what can only be described as explosive diarrhoea, Nugget had obviously slipped into it and was covered in Poppy’s poo.

So a bath for him, a bath for her, disinfect the floors (thank heavens for tiles)! and an extra strong coffee for me…..

We are literally trying everything for Poppy, whether there’s something else going on related to her cancer, we don’t know.

At this stage we do realistically have a medical treatment plan for 4 weeks, after that we’re running out of options with her medication, mobility issues, gut problems and severe anxiety.

Let’s hope she starts to show signs of improvement soon
